These hubs are made to order. 3-5 days lead time required.
Here we have a pair of  Pete & Jakes/Super Bell 37-48 Ford car front hubs with a 5 on 4 3/4" small GM bolt pattern that are machined to accept most 12" Lincoln brake drums.
Our part number is
PNJ1129HB-4.75
These hubs are made of aluminum, have 1/2" fine threaded wheel studs dust caps, seals, bearings and the races are installed. (we also have these hubs without the bearings, seals and dust caps. Search

The drums would slide over the studs and mount on the wheel side of the hub.
