    Up for auction is this Very Nice Antique Hawkins & Wale Of New York Microscope. Circa 1860's. The spiral adjustment works smoothly. The brass knob at the back tips the stage up and down for fine adjustment. The mirror is slightly concave on one side and flat on the other. No cracks. The mirror arm can be moved from side to side.
