Replacement angle gage or tilt indicator plate for your vintage Delta 10" Unisaw.
THIS IS A NEW OFFERING IN RESPONSE TO THE DOZENS OF REQUESTS WE HAVE RECEIVED TO START MAKING THE TILT INDICATOR PLATE.
We finally got around to reproducing this plate in the same material and with the same high quality as our switch plates and vertical dust door tags.
This sale is for a "new" banana-shaped angle gage plate to fit the vintage Delta Unisaw.
The original angle gage or tilt indicator plates were made from thin aluminum and were easily dented, dinged, scratched, damaged, or lost.
Our tilt indicator plates are newly manufactured and better than the originals.
These nominal 1" x 6.8" plates are made of stainless steel and have been carefully and painstakingly recreated from the dimensions of the original plates and from the original artwork.
The indicator blanks were laser cut from .030" thick 304 stainless steel before being carefully deburred and brush finished, prior to application of the the high quality screen printing of the black artwork.
The holes in the angle gage plates are oval shaped to match the original plates, and use the original 6-32 tapped holes to mount.
Each plate is individually bagged and shipped in a protective envelope.
