Framed collection of Naval Diver and submarine pins | insignia

Description

Recently found in a family estate. Really have no history on it or how or why it was put together as it currently is.
There are some surface scuffs and nicks to the piece in general.  The medal pins appear to be in good condition and could be easily be removed from the blue board they are currently pinned to. The pins are simply pinned to a cardstock board.
