hopefully buyer knows well what you are buying before you please order, please be sure you know all options about this item. For example, buy a pump,  you have to know the pump may has right rotation (CW), lift rotation ( CCW) or bi-rotation ( CW and CCW). Some buys just buy and return because they think item does not work. The real reason is they bought wrong rotation.  Buyer can not see any different on the picture.
It will cost us a lot because part shipping in, part assembly and package. If you buy and return, it means we lost. So now we have to set 20%  restock fee
and buyer pays shipping (original and return charges) if  it is buyer’s mistake for return.
Item must be returned in same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components/accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Return might not be accept or extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
Damaged items:
If item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us right away. You will be required to provide pictures for insure claims. The following pictures will be required:  All damage, Box (overall and any damage to box), Close up of shipping label, All packing material (bubble wrap, foam, paper, cardboard, etc). These pictures are required for us to submit insurance claims with the shipping companies. If you cannot provide ALL of these pictures, you will not be issued a refund.
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit):
SKU letters/numbers are for our reference only. Our SKUs will sometimes be found in the title of a listing and/or in the description. These make no reference to the description of the item(s).
