Naval Plaque with an assortment of Insignia

Description

Recently found in a family estate. Really have no history on it or how or why it was put together as it currently is.
There are some surface scuffs and nicks to the wood plaque.  The medal pins appear to be in good condition and well adhered to the wood plaque.
