Here we have a Pete & Jakes universal pitman arm for use with GM power steering boxes.
This universal steel pitman arm has the correct spline for these applications.....
1955-57 Chevy (all) 1965-86 Saginaw 122 manual box
1958-64 Chevy (all) 1987-up Saginaw 525 manual box
1978-84 Saginaw 605 power steering box
This arm is normally used on street rods using split wishbones, radius rods, four bar set-ups or custom suspensions.
It accepts the common early Ford tie rods and the hole is tapered from both directions to allow more installation options.
The center to center length is approx. 7".

This pitman arm 'IS NOT' designed to replace any original GM pitman arm applications.
