Description

A not-easy-to-find fine example of the travelling model of the Zeiss stativ VI microscope signed “Carl Zeiss Jena” and numbered “Nr 50672”. This model is built in brass, aluminium and blackened aluminium so this is a very light microscope for travelling use. Microscope in aluminium are rare.
The example preserves its double original mirror, its substage condenser, its two stage’s clips, a revolver for three objectives, three Zeiss eyepieces numbered “K.12 15x”, “Compens-Ocular 12” and “K15x Mobini”, three objectives numbered “16mm”, “Homog Immersion Tubus  160mm” and an “apochromat 1,5mm” and a serie of glass slides with a glass tubes.
Everything can be storage in its their original leather case in good condition with its key (only the leather handle of the case is missing)
Only a scalpel and a tweezer are lacking.
Perfect working and cosmetical condition.
