RETURN POLICY

If you have received a defective item or not as described, please contact us for an RMA# within 14 calendar days for an exchange. Item returned without an RMA # will not be processed or not handled properly.

Returned items should be packed in an outer shipping carton, products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: boxes, instruction manuals and blank cards. Products returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition will be refused.

For all other returns, If any item was offered with Free Shipping, the standard shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of the original charge for all items returned that qualified for "Free Shipping" in the first place.
