    Up for sale is a
    United States Navy Recruiting Command Wood & Heavy Brass Plaque 1976.  The brass part Says ":United States Recruiting Command" and has an eagle on top of an anchor with a shield at its chest.  The plaque says "Capt. S. R. Slack, USN  Commanding Officer  NRD Chicago  6 Sept 73 - 13 Aug 76".

    The approximate measurements are shown in the photos. 12" x 10" x 1 1/2"
