This beautiful 9" x 12" INTARSIA* wall plaque is the perfect gift for the hard-to-shop-for on your gift list.  We sold these pieces in our retail store for several years for each.  Since closing our store last year we are selling our remaining inventory below wholesale.
WHAT IS INTARSIA?
The
fields of different colors and materials appear to be inlaid in one another, fit together like a jigsaw puzzle.   Using various colors and types of wood the artist assembles the carefully cut pieces of wood to make an impressive piece.  The designed is glued to a simple base that forms the round circle that hangs on the wall.  Before it is finished it is treated with several coats of high gloss clear finish for a near "piano" finish.
